I was lucky enough to join a group of photographers, as a photography guide this July, on a camping safari through Botswana and ending at Victoria Falls - and wow what an awesome trip we had! I want to point out that this 10 day trip cost in the region of $3 000 and is really great value for money, compared to the regular, luxury lodges in Botswana. Yes we were 'roughing' it - sleeping in dome tents and on roll-up mattresses, but we got into some of the best areas in the Okavango Delta, Savuti and Chobe regions of Botswana, we had plenty of photography opportunities, a lot of laughs and we were all friends at the end of it, good friends.

Below is a selection of my favourite images,

So if you are thinking of travelling to Botswana and cant afford the lodges, this may be the solution. Maybe gather a group of friends or family and come and experience amazing Botswana.

I look forward to hearing from you!
